Being a human is weird.

Experiencing joy – together – makes this weird ride a lot less lonely...

and a lot more fun!

Member Agreements

We do our absolute best to uphold these agreements. We come into each experience & interaction with these tenants top of mind. We are ALL responsible for creating a safe, kind, curious, welcoming & inclusive community.

And we’re human. We are going to mess up, no matter how good our intentions are. So most importantly, we hold ourselves accountable to our impact + the repair, recovery & growth on the other side of our mistakes.

When we know better, we do better.

  • We lead with compassion & respect – for ourselves & each other. We celebrate each other’s differences. We hold each other’s humanity with care.

  • Trying new things can be scary! We come with our courage and f*ck around & find out energy. We allow for our curiosities to guide us.

  • We are stewards of safety – physical, mental, emotional – for ourselves and others. We recognize there is always risk with trying new things and putting ourselves out there. We create safety for the right kind of risks.

  • This space is a permission slip to drop the perfectionism, the proving, the gripping, and the tight control. Here we get to be human – unpolished, silly, receptive & honest.

  • One thing joy requires is PRESENCE. When we are Joy Collecting together we are all in and all the way here. In a world of endless distractions we choose presence.

Collect joy.

Build belonging.

The Joy Collectors Club began with one simple question: “What would my community look like if joy was the priority, not an afterthought?”

In a world that has become increasingly transactional, efficiency-obsessed, and artificial, a need emerged that couldn’t be unseen – a space where adults could drop the posturing, step into curiosity, play imperfectly, and connect with their most joyful selves—and each other.

So, The Joy Collectors Club was created. A space where we don’t just talk about joy – we practice it, together.

We’re not here for toxic positivity. We’ve got our eyes wide open.

We’ve got shit to do, change to catalyze, companies to run, people to lead (and love), kids to raise, and a world to heal.

Joy is what keeps us going.

About Our Founder:

Hi, I’m Andrea Gharritt, MPH, RDN, BCC – a joy enthusiast here to remind you that joy isn’t frivolous. It is, in fact, essential.

As a Joy & Success Coach for  leaders, founders, and teams at The Bold Life Design, and  a Food & Body Peace Dietitian at Bold Body Peace, I’ve spent 15+ years supporting people as they own their purpose, embrace courage, create belonging, and fully step into bold joy practices.

My own story is carved by the tender theme of belonging – first to my body, then to my authentic purpose & then to my community and humanity as a whole. My ever-evolving joy practice has been a balm through it all. I have seen it in my own experience and validated by the research – for people who have a long-game (whatever that might be), joy is non-negotiable. It’s the bedrock of our resilience.

I am honored to be in your corner as we collect some level-10, feel-it-in-our-bones joy – together.

Our Vision, Mission & Values

  • To create a world where curiosity, joy and play lead us toward deeper relationships, personal fulfillment & community transformation.

  • To empower people to cultivate joy and build meaningful connections through playful, low-stakes experiences and human-centered community.

  • Joy: Big or small, it’s worth feeling and worth celebrating. Joy is at the heart of our resilience & our resistance.

Belonging: Come as you are, bring your full self. Be apart of a community that cares.

Curiosity: Approach life as an invitation to learn, play and explore.

Courage: Joy takes guts. Do it scared.

Play: The world needs more silliness.

Joy is Good For You…

But don’t take our word for it!

The research shows that the practice of joy & play is not at all frivolous, but incredibly useful for building resilience, preventing burnout & managing stress. Not to mention, joy helps us feel more connected to ourselves, our purpose, and other people.

Stay in the know!
